Get Active Classes
Our Get Active Fitness Classes brings together clients of all-ages with individually tailored programs within a group therapy environment under the supervision of an accredited Exercise Physiologist. Work out with like-minded people looking to improve their general health and get the most out of life.

An accredited Exercise Physiologist, who specialises in chronic disease management and introducing people to exercise, leads “Get Active”. The classes are held in a safe, private gym room with modern equipment and air conditioning. Plus we have ample parking space.
Conditions we focus on:
- Musculoskeletal – Chronic pain
- Orthopaedic – Pre- and post-surgery
- Cardiometabolic – Weight management, obesity, diabetes and metabolic syndrome
- Neuromuscular – CVA (stroke), Parkinson’s Disease
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
- Mental Health – Depression and anxiety

7AM, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Bookings/cancellations are essential to help manage class numbers which can be organised via Reception. If you haven’t booked in and there is no capacity remaining for a class, you may be turned away.

Initial Assessment: $125.00
Medicare Rebate if Applicable: CDMP $58.30, T2DM $68.55
DVA Referrals, & Medicare Referrals accepted. Health Funds accepted (on assessments only)
- 5 classes - $100
- 10 classes - $190
- 20 classes - $360
- 40 classes - $650
All sessions are supervised by our Accredited Exercise Physiologist Nathan Wright.
