Jessica Dingle has been with us since the start of 2013 after graduating from Newcastle University with Distinction. Jess has a background in national and international level swimming, competing in Australian Championships and Olympic and Commonwealth Games trials. Her pet events were the 200m Butterfly and 200m Individual Medley. In addition, she has over 8 years experience as a qualified professional trainer and gym instructor and continues to train most days of the week herself. Jess has had experience with the Newcastle Jets Women's A-League Team and the Emerging Newcastle Jets Soccer Team.
What is it that you enjoy about working at Advanced Physio?
I love working at Advanced Physio for a number of reasons. Firstly, we have such a brilliantly equipped practice that allows me do to absolutely everything I can with my patients to ensure they have a safe and effective rehabilitation from injury.I also enjoy working with the team we have and being able to share information and ideas.
What additional study or qualifications do you have?
I am a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer. I also have qualifications for Functional Strength and Conditioning, and have certifications in the Lyn Watson shoulder approach and the McKenzie approach to spinal pain
What conditions or people do you have a special interest in?
I love treating anything related to the pelvis, hip, knee and ankle.I really enjoy working with kids and teenagers and young athletes.I also have a special interest in pregnancy and postnatal treatment, as well as prenatal/postnatal exercise. I currently run exercise classes for pregnant women and after they’ve given birth.
What are your extracurricular passions?

- Hanging out with my little dog Enzo!
