Billing Policy

Private Patients (patients without GP referrals)

Accounts for treatment and support products must be settled on the day of each appointment. Payment is accepted via credit card, eftpos, or cash. We use the Hicaps system which allows us to deduct your health fund rebate from your fee automatically, provided the consultation and billing is on the same day.

Department of Veterans' Affairs Patients

Advanced Physio will  invoice the Department of Veteran’s affairs directly.  No payment required from patients at the time of treatment.

Enhanced Primary Care Patients

Primary Care patients are required to pay the service fee upfront, of which the rebate can then be claimed back from Medicare.

Motor Vehicle & Workers Compensation claims

Advanced Physio will  invoice the insurer directly. No payment required from patients at the time of treatment.
